National Centre for Human Settlements and Environment (NCHSE) working on issues of environment and urban development since 1984 in partnership with and Friends of Environment, a group of eminent persons of Bhopal, advocating sustainable development and good governance organizes the Mahesh Buch Memorial Lecture on 5th October every year since 2015. The presentation was made by the Hazards Centre in a workshop organized by CPM on the issue of the Delhi Master Plan and toiling labourers. Unions and fellow organizations involved in the struggle with the working poor in different areas of Delhi participated in this programme. दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान और मेहनतकश मज़दूरों के मुद्दे पर सी.पी.एम. द्वारा आयोजित कार्यशाला में ख़तरा केंद्र द्वारा प्रतुतिकरण किया गया| इस कार्यक्रम में यूनियन तथा दिल्ली के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में ग़रीब-मेहनतकशों के साथ संघर्ष करने वाले साथी-संगठनों ने भाग लिया|
